Neil Williams is a Chief Executive Officer with expertise in branding, operations, web services and online strategy. Through strategic foresight, drive, and determination, he has built a strong foundation for the continued growth of ZealousWeb UK.

Over the last decade, he has specialized in the development of online strategy and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our development processes.

Neil is the main point of contact for our key customer accounts and our network of suppliers. He works closely with clients to guide them through our extensive discovery process to help them think objectively about their business aims and to develop an online strategy that’ll keep them moving upward.

At ZealousWeb UK he is responsible for building customer relationships and ensuring that our technical teams are delivering products that help our clients grow their businesses efficiently.

Andrew Jones is the Chief Technical Officer at ZealousWeb UK, he provides the vision and leadership for the design, development and implementation of IT initiatives that create customer and/or business value.

As Chief Technical Officer, Andrew makes sure that IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, cost-efficient and strategically sound, reflecting business needs and best practices that help create value for both the company and customers.

By nature, Andrew is positive, humble and highly focused. With 12 years of experience as Technical Director, he ensures key business strategies and processes are driven by systems that allow great change, growth and flexibility.

At ZealousWeb UK, Andrew is responsible for participating actively with management and the Operating Team to ensure that the systems environment fully exploits the latest technologies to constantly improve our products and services.

Starting from requirement analysis to system study, designing, documentation, presentation, and implementation, he is a pro and benchmark. He is an excellent communicator with more than 11 years of experience in web, mobile design and open source technologies; leveraging his technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.

He supports projects from the beginning in the pre-contract sales process and will manage them through closeout. He manages the project team with authority and responsibility from the project board, to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Manage the end to end project and adopt detailed requirement development process, analysis, specification and verification of multiple levels of requirements and support the ongoing management of the requirements.

At ZealousWeb, he Manages all aspects of diverse, medium to moderately complex technical projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost. Manages budgets, invoices, and project timelines. He works across multiple teams and organizations to ensure project completion and utilizes the expertise and leadership skills to direct team members and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.

He has 8+ years of professional experience in IT and very good understanding of system development lifecycle processes like design, development, implementation, delivery and troubleshooting of the developed web applications. He has excellent knowledge of developing eCommerce, CRM, Social websites and relational databases. He is passionate about giving best design and following coding practices. He is good at managing time and organizing tasks. He is career oriented, hardworking and ability to handle multiple tasks or learn any new concepts.

At the ZealousWeb, he is Working with Designers, Developers and Project Management staff to capture requirements for the functional elements of website projects. Also responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring that all work carried out complies with standards and guidelines. He is working with a multi-disciplinary team to convert business needs into technical specifications. He is documenting features, technical specifications & infrastructure requirements and advise clients on business strategy.

He has total varied experience of 6.5 years in IT. He played various roles for ZealousWeb like that of a Developer, Sr. Developer, Team Lead and now as a Project Leader. He is a good programmer as well as he has a good expertise in leading and managing the team. He has been contributing his part in most complex projects with excellent programming skill and teamwork. He is currently managing several types of enterprise projects. Apart from this, he was awarded for several projects for teamwork as well as for individual performance like “Performance of the year” and “Helping hand of the year”. At ZealousWeb, he is responsible for guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery, providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship, maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices, analyses and resolve technical application problems. He is very good at analyzing the risk factors of the work. Collaborate with other developers, project leaders and project managers to plan, design, development, testing, deployment and management is part of his day to day work.
